It is a long working process where -

O - stands for objective

S- stands for status ( social, environmental , economic, political aspects which affect the goals )

S - stands for steps required

I - stands for implementation

N- stands for next status

N- stands for new steps.


These are the six steps to reach the goal . The nine point programme has given nine areas to think and decide about the O, S, I to make steps for implementing the programe , then know the status and accordingly decide the steps. This six step programme is very systematic with written document of each steps.
