GOAL OR DREAM
Here the arrangement has to be made by not few but all the people of all villages, cities and states of country. system should be completely transparent.government should take advise of its citizens on all matters. Technically computer monitor will show all the matters when the citizens have to give their advice in the form of yes or no or other option and enter in the computer. government can not decide any thing against the citizens decision . computerised system will make the system rapid.citizens are deciding how to use the income paid by them in the form of tax to the government.In every area if only 40 to 50% people are ready the law can be formed. Education centre will be formed when proper database information and proper advise is given to trained citizens. If the system is transparent 85 to 90% government fund which is used by corrupt officials will reach to its citizens. Citizens may repair their system at international level via Internet.
everything is good but how it is possible ? government should have done it earlier if it wanted to do ? From where the funds will come ? How so many people will united for common goal ? how will be educate them ?
we have to find the solutions because the dream is good. you just generate OSSINN. Now O- is to make total transperent system.S- status- is very clear only steps must work-out
