Essentail Conditions--
As soon as you are included in nine O.S.S.I.N.N your one day will be of 23 hours instead of 24 which will be for you and your family which come under the first 2 objectives.one hour is givan for last seven objective.


1 hrs into 365 days = 365 hrs. divided are as follows :->


objectives-- 3a- 20 hrs--- old, helpless & mentally retarted people.


3b- 20 hrs. -- amimals (livein being)


3c - 20 hrs -- nature & earth


4 -- 40 hrs -- for total transperent system


5 -- 40 -'- -- for misson U.S.S.A


6-- 40 -'- -- for misson U.S.E


7 -- 40 -'- -- FOR VIPPASANA OR SELF FINDING PROCESS


8 -- 100-'- -- for administration and management


9 -- 45 -'- -- for other 9 point programme


you yourself responsible for this time distribution, success of the system lies on the fact that how responsibly you distributed your time and discharge your duties. reward is very rare -- under the internal constitution or UNITED STATES OF SOUTH ASIA AND UNITED STATES OF EARTH.


Initially it would be a 9+1 people promoter body society which will have its own current account with atleast 1 office, 1 computer, staff of 2 which will include computer operater cum cashier and manager.they will have a softwere for universal tree maintainence and registration.promotar body will include all its property and income in 9 point cash paid programme will which will be run by its(cash paidor 100 hrs. by the member who have doneted their 100 hrs for every six month.


To become a member of body one has to give at least hundrad hrs. to the body.which will be later handed over to USSA body,which will have one rapresentative of every state of USSA. Once foprmed the representatives will be elected after every six month. Internate can make this process easy.In the end it will handed over to U.S.E body which will include a representetive of each state of united states of earth. Initially even if all the representatives are not able to meet but if representatives of poor countries or few countries meet,the body can be formed.if the representetives are india oriented, the chances of success are more.

2- even if the resources are less a very small amount of rs. 600 can be put in a bank account.and 9 point programme can be initiated which will also include forming a society, making a current account,developing a softwereand perfarming all the office formalities.
